Industrial Relations and Social Policy

The trend in most African countries is to have the public sector regulated by the same laws as the private sector; Swaziland is not exception. Although, the public sector (Government) is arguably the major and largest employer in Swaziland , there still exist Parastatals and the private sector that constantly require assistance and coaching on industrial relations issues. This is the FSE&CC- Industrial Relations Directorate’s core mandate; to provide efficient service to employers regarding all matters arising out of the employer-employee relationship. In this regard, we offer professional service aimed at promoting a sustainable socio-economic growth through consultation, negotiation and information exchange with all stakeholders
